BALLOONS & PARTY DECORATIONS

Balloons and balloon-related products are decorative items and are not toys.

CHOKING AND SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Uninflated or broken balloons and small components may present a choking or suffocation hazard. Keep uninflated balloons, broken balloons, balloon fragments, ribbon, string, adhesives, clips, and other small components away from babies, children, and pets.

Adult supervision is required when balloons or party decorations are being assembled, installed, or used around children.

Discard broken balloons and balloon fragments immediately.

Balloons and decorations should be kept away from electrical lines, open flames, candles, heaters, sharp objects, roadways, and other potentially hazardous areas.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether and how decorations can be safely installed at their location.

DIY PRODUCTS & INSTALLATION

Some products require customer assembly, inflation, installation, personalization, or other preparation.

The customer is responsible for properly assembling, securing, installing, and using these products.

We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, wall or surface damage, falling decorations, improper installation, improper inflation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Always verify that walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, fixtures, hooks, adhesives, mounting surfaces, and other installation locations are appropriate for the product being installed.

CHILDREN & PETS

Unless expressly identified otherwise, our products are not intended to be used as children's toys.

Small parts, balloons, ribbons, strings, packaging, charms, decorative pieces, and other components should be kept away from young children and pets.

An adult should supervise children whenever our products are present or being used.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Because many products are handmade, customized, assembled to order, or photographed under different lighting conditions, minor variations in color, placement, texture, size, finish, or appearance may occur.

Screen and monitor settings can also affect how colors appear.

Such reasonable variations are not considered product defects.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, colors, personalization details, shipping addresses, product selections, and other information submitted when ordering.

Personalized products may be produced using the information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted with an order.

EVENTS & THIRD-PARTY USE

Customers are responsible for determining whether products are appropriate for their particular venue, event, guests, environment, or intended application.

Any venue rules, permits, installation restrictions, fire codes, safety requirements, or other requirements applicable to an event or location are the customer's responsibility.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may rely on third parties, including shipping carriers, payment processors, website providers, and other service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, losses, damages, or other issues caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

NO WARRANTIES
